Processing Time
Each print is made to order locally in Vancouver, BC. Once an order is placed, it will be sent to the printing company, which takes approximately 3 business days to fulfill. After receiving the prints, they are prepare for shipment. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing before your order is shipped.
Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping times vary based on location and carrier. General estimates are:
- Within Canada: 3-9 business days (Standard) | 1-3 business days (Express)
- United States: 5-12 business days (varies due to customs)
- International: 7-21 business days (varies by country & customs)
These are estimates only—actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, and other factors beyond the control of LP Captures.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.
- Free local delivery is available for select postal codes within the Lower Mainland. Free delivery on orders above $100 is available for additional Metro Vancouver areas.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International orders may be subject to duties and import taxes, which are charged by the destination country. These fees are not included in the order total and are the buyer's responsibility.
Lost or Delayed Packages
- If a package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, customers should check the tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation email. For further concerns, they can reach out for assistance.
